Utilizing the most up to date indexes sourced directly from the court, we will perform a name search on either the county, statewide or federal level in all 50 states. We do not perform screen scraping or any other automation using external data sources. Each search includes a standard 10-year look back, capturing felonies and misdemeanors (where applicable). Extended scope searches are available upon request.
Civil Record Research
HRS provides the most up to date civil records research, including both upper and lower courts. These searches can include small claims, judgments, and various lawsuits including fiscal matters. We do not perform screen scraping or any other automation using external data sources. Each search includes a standard 10-year look back. Extended scope searches are available upon request.
Document Retrievals
Document retrievals are typically used when conducting disputes as they contain critical information such as the original complaint, additional identifiers, disposition, and sentencing. Some firms may require them to complete a report. Utilizing a boots on the ground approach, HRS can provide you with either certified or standard copies.
